Cancellation Policy

The Family Conflict Support Package includes four structured sessions completed over approximately 4–6 weeks. To support continuity and momentum throughout the process, all sessions included within the Family Conflict Support Package are to be completed within 3 months of the initial intake session, unless otherwise agreed due to extenuating circumstances. Cancellations: Families may discontinue the process at any time. Please note that once an intake session has occurred, $300 of the package fee allocated to that session becomes non-refundable. Once the first facilitated family session has occurred, the remaining package balance becomes non-refundable. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee, as appointment times are reserved specifically for your family. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always endeavour to approach exceptional circumstances with understanding and fairness. Suitability and Discontinuation of Services: Family Conflict Support is a structured facilitative process and may not be appropriate for all family situations. Suitability is assessed throughout the process. Where sessions are assessed as no longer appropriate, safe, or clinically suitable to continue, services may be discontinued and alternative supports or referrals may be recommended where appropriate. As Family Conflict Support packages involve intake assessment, preparation, session planning, facilitation time, and reserved appointment allocations, fees for completed or commenced services are non-refundable. Once joint family sessions have commenced, the remaining package balance is non-refundable.
