Property Mediation

Creating financial clarity with fairness, respect, and calm.

Property mediation offers a neutral, structured process to help separating couples make fair and informed decisions about dividing assets, liabilities, and financial responsibilities. The process is guided by the same principles used by the Family Court to assess a just and equitable outcome, helping ensure agreements are balanced, transparent, and grounded in recognised legal standards.

Each person begins with a private intake session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your situation, priorities, and any concerns confidentially.

If mediation is suitable, we then move into a joint session — a calm and guided discussion designed to help you identify what matters most, understand one another’s perspectives, and reach agreements that are both practical and respectful.

You may be coming to property mediation for the first time to create a financial agreement, or to review and make changes to an existing one. Together, we can document the outcomes as Heads of Agreement or Terms of Settlement, giving you a clear framework to take to your legal adviser if you choose to formalise your agreement.

My approach combines structure with sensitivity, helping you find clarity without conflict. The focus is on resolution, transparency, and mutual respect, so that both parties can move forward with a sense of fairness and peace of mind.
