Services & Fees

Guided conversations that put your children first.

I offer a calm, structured process to help parents resolve parenting and property matters without court — keeping your children’s wellbeing at the centre of every decision.

Child-Focused Parenting Mediation

For parents seeking to create or update parenting arrangements in a calm, structured, and developmentally sensitive way.

Sessions are designed to keep children’s wellbeing at the centre while supporting parents to communicate respectfully and make lasting, practical agreements.

Property
Mediation

A guided, solution-focused process for reaching fair and sustainable financial agreements after separation.

With an emphasis on structure, neutrality, and clarity, property mediation helps you navigate assets, liabilities, and next steps without the stress, cost, or delay of court proceedings.

Child-Inclusive Consultation

An optional process part of Family Dispute Resolution where children have the opportunity to express their views in a safe and supported way through a qualified child consultant.

Their feedback is then shared sensitively with parents to strengthen understanding and guide more informed decision-making.

What to expect

All Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) sessions are confidential under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). This means that what is discussed during mediation cannot be used as evidence in court, except in limited circumstances required by law (such as risks to a child’s safety).

This legal protection allows parents to speak freely, explore options, and focus on genuine solutions without fear of their words being used against them.

Every mediation follows a structured yet supportive process designed to help parents make thoughtful, child-focused decisions. You’ll always know what to expect and have the space you need to feel steady and prepared at each step.

Step One
Individual Intake Sessions

Each parent meets with me separately to share their story, goals, and concerns.

This private conversation helps identify what matters most to you and ensures the process feels safe, neutral, and well-prepared before any joint discussion takes place.

Step Two
Joint Mediation Session

We come together in a calm, structured environment to explore key issues and work towards shared understanding.

With professional guidance and a clear process, you’ll have space to express your perspective, listen to each other, and make decisions that align with your children’s best interests.

Step Three
Agreement & Next Steps

Once agreement is reached, I’ll provide a written summary or, where required, a Section 60I Certificate in accordance with the Family Law Act.

You’ll leave the process with clarity, next steps, and a sense of direction for your family’s future.

Ready to begin a calmer chapter?

Separation doesn’t have to define your family’s story. With the right support, it can become a turning point — a moment to show your children what respect, care, and maturity look like, even in times of change.
