Individual Support

Developmentally informed support for parents, children, and families

Families are rarely navigating just one thing at a time.

Separation, parenting stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, uncertainty, and the ongoing demands of family life can leave parents and children feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck.

Counselling provides a calm and supportive space to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of what is happening beneath the surface.

My approach is developmentally informed, child-focused, and grounded in emotional safety. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family and may support clients navigating periods of transition, stress, adjustment, or emotional overwhelm.

Areas of support may include:

• Separation and divorce adjustment
• Parenting stress and emotional overwhelm
• Emotional regulation and coping strategies
• Family transitions and relational stress
• Child adjustment concerns
• Neurodivergence-aware parent support
• Psychoeducation and reflective support

Counselling can support greater emotional awareness, regulation, clarity, and more intentional ways of responding to ourselves, our children, and our relationships.

Sessions are available for adults, parents, children, and families.

Appointments are available in-person at my Strathpine studio or online Australia-wide.
